This listing is for the sale of our Ideal Vacuum ElectroMAG solenoid valve with KF-25 vacuum flanges and 115 VAC solenoid coil. Our premium ElectroMAG series electromagnetic right-angle vacuum solenoid valves are designed to deliver superior conductance. These ElectroMAG valves are easy to install, can be operated in any orientation, and vacuum can be applied to either of the two KF style quick vacuum flange connections. We offer ElectroMAG valves with 24 VDC and 115 VAC input voltages and are designed for continuous operation in the open or closed positions. These values have a spring-forced closure for a Normally Closed (NC) state when power is removed from the solenoid coil. These ElectroMAG solenoid valve are fast acting (valve closes in < 25 msec) when power is removed from the coil and can be used to help protect against an in rush of atmospheric pressure when the vacuum system undergoes a power failure event.
Our premium ElectroMAG series solenoid valves can be used in roughing applications with mechanical vacuum pumps operating from atmosphere through medium vacuum. They are vacuum leak tight and can be used for high-vacuum applications down to 10-8 Torr. Our ElectroMAG valves are made of an nickel-coated aluminum body for increased chemical resistance being bakeable up to 100 degrees Celsius with solenoid removed. They are a reliable product with duty cycles up to 300,000 in most applications and have an improved conductance for increased pumping speed and throughput.
