Replacement Solenoid for Vac Delta-P and Agilent Varian Anti-Suckback Isolation Protection Valves, 110VAC, 60Hz.

Vacuum Pump Isolation Valves close rapidly when power is interrupted to prevent oil backstreaming or particle migration into your vacuum system. The valve also vents the pump from the inlet side to push any debris towards the outlet, thereby preventing it from being swept into the system when restarting the pump.
This solenoid valve has Viton® seals and can withstand temperatures up to 50°C. It replaces a faulty or failed solenoid on all models of the Ideal Vacuum Delta-P and Agilent Varian Anti-Suckback Isolation Protection Valves.
Replacement solenoids are available in these voltages:
- 110VAC (P108430)
- 220VAC (P108431)
- 24VDC (P1010132)
All solenoid voltage variations fit all vacuum Delta-P and Agilent Varian Anti-Suckback valve models. So, this replacement solenoid can replace a solenoid with a different voltage should your application requirements change.
