These Pfeiffer oil return units puts the oil mist droplets from the ONF 16, ONF 25, or ONF 25L oil mist elminator back into the rotary vane pump via the gas ballast as a liquid. These products are recommended for Pfeiffer vacuum pump applications that often require cycling of the vacuum chamber to atmosphere.
