This water cooling unit fits TURBOVAC 850i and 950i turbo pumps. It attaches to the side of the pump with two included bolts, and has G 1/8" (BSPP) connectors for the water inlet and outlet. This water cooling block has push-fit connectors for the supply and discharge hoses (8mm OD plastic hose). The hose connections may be unscrewed and removed to make use of the integrated G 1/8” threads. In order to ensure long trouble-free operation, the cooling water must be clean and not contain any oils, greases or suspended solids. This G 1/8" water cooling unit has Leybold part number 800135V0007.
High gas throughputs, cyclic operation or high ambient temperatures will necessitate forced air or water cooling.
