Since there is a pressure-lubrication system with the oil pump in every Leybold TRIVAC B Vacuum Pump, it is possible to connect main flow oil filters. Oil Filters are available either for mechanical filtering (OF types) or combined chemical/mechanical filtering (CF types). Supplied Equipment includes the filter housing and two canister WF 40-65 interchangeable filters.
