This Leybold fine screened centering ring (0.8 mm mesh) is used to filter the vacuum flow and keep objects from being sucked into the TURBOVAC turbo pump. This screen has a flange size of CF 6.0 Inch. Depending on the gas used, some pump speed reduction will occur when using this screen.

TURBOVAC 250i with CF 6.0 inch (DN 100 CF) inlet, Leybold pump part number: 820061V1000
TURBOVAC 350i with CF 6.0 inch (DN 100 CF) inlet, Leybold pump part number: 830061V1000
