This conical Stainless Steel Inlet Filter fits all Edwards rotary vacuum pumps models E1M175, E1M275, E2M175, E2M275, including "S" versions.
This filter is used on the pump's inlet when there is the possibility of large dust particles or debris entering the pump during operation. Dust and particles entering the pump can cause increased wear and/or damage to the pump.
This inlet filter can be used on many other rotary vane pumps requiring large particulate filtering at the inlet.
