The Edwards IPVEK In-Line Solenoid Vacuum Valves are compact, lightweight and designed for low energy consumption. These Valves are great for use in vacuum pipeline systems down to 1 x 10-9 mbar. The valve mechanism is a moving pole and bellows assembly operated by the solenoid. The pole is enclosed in an iron casing and the bellows assembly is hosued in the lower vacuum body, isolating the valve mechanism from the system. With an improved circuit board design, the life expectancy of the Edwards IPVEK In-Line solenoid valve is greatly improved and will function virtually maintenance free up to 130,000 cycles.
