The Edwards EH-500 was designed in order to prevent any oil contamination, which makes it highly reliable. The EH-500 booster pump must always be backed by another pump, and the Edwards E1M175 is perfect for the job.
The Edwards 175, E1M175 direct drive rotary vane pump is inherently compact and vibration free with an ultimate pressure of 3.7x10-2 Torr and a pumping speed of 115 CFM at 60 Hz. With finger-proof coupling housing and totally enclosed fan-cooled motors, Edwards E1M175's provide excellent operator protection. Our Edwards E1M275 rebuilt vacuum pumps give the best combination of performance, reliability, and cost in relation to the anticipated applications.
