Varian Exhaust Mist Filter for DS 102 thru 602 Pumps KF 25 Inlets up to 20 CFM, PN 9499395

These varian exhaust mist filters are designed to be attached to the outlet of Varian rotary pumps and its purpose is to purify the exhaust gas from oil mist. The oil mist filter is provided with a relief valve to protect the pump from overloads caused by excessive resistance on the on the-exhaust line.
