This New Pfeiffer MVP 015-4 Diaphragm Membrane Pump, has a 1.1 m3/hr (0.6 cfm) at 60 Hz and has an excellent ultimate pressure of 0.375 Torr. This pump runs extremely quite. The inlet has a KF16 flange connector for connection to turbo or other vacuum applications. This pump operates on 120 VAC 60hz. It is ideally suited for employment as a backing pump for the Pfeiffer Vacuum Turbo pumps and for integration into compact systems.
