These single stage KNF diaphragm vacuum pumps have a flow rate of 5.5 L/min (0.19 CFM) and a vacuum of 4.7 inHg (120 Torr). These 100% oil free diaphragm pumps are ideal for use in emission measurement technology, mobile gas measurement, medical technology and instrumental analysis. With a PPS(Polyphenylene sulfide) pump head, PTFE structured diaphragm and FFPM valves, the UN86KTI is built to be resistant to more aggressive gasses and copes very well with vapor and condensation.
