This Leybold fine screened centering ring (0.8 mm mesh) is used to filter the vacuum flow and keep objects from being sucked into the TURBOVAC turbo pump. This screen has a flange size of ISO-K DN 160. Depending on the gas used, some pump speed reduction will occur when using this screen.

This screen fits:

TURBOVAC 450i with ISO-K 160 inlet, Leybold pump part number: 830071V1000
TURBOVAC 850i with ISO-K 160 inlet, Leybold pump part number: 840071V1000
